  1. Join with your crew’s invite code

    Your admin hands out the code and approves you. No company email, no ID upload.

  2. Post a shift you want to give away

    Pick the date and the times fill in from your schedule. Offer it as a swap if you’d rather.

  3. Pick up extra shifts

    Browse open shifts by date, or set an alert for the areas you’d work and hear when one posts.

Is it free?

Yes. Giving away, picking up and browsing shifts are free, always, and so are alerts for every area you can work.

Do I need an app store?

No. It installs from your browser in a few taps: Install on Android, or Share and then Add to Home Screen on iPhone.

Does it replace the official trade process?

No. It helps you find a partner. You still submit the trade through your normal approved process, and nothing changes on your schedule until your employer records it.

Who sees my info?

Approved coworkers at your workplace see your name and schedule line, and a shift you post is visible only to the ones qualified to cover it. Admins at your workplace also see your employee number. A post in a company-wide room shows your first name, last initial and workplace. Nobody uploads a roster or anyone else’s schedule.

Is the help board official advice?

No. It’s coworkers helping each other. Nothing there is legal, medical, tax or investment advice.

My workplace isn’t on Shift Exchange. Can we get it?

Yes. Email UnionContractAI@outlook.com with your workplace and your local. Each workplace gets its own invite codes and its own admin, and its shifts are seen only there.
